Ingrid worked for MTV, VH1, TV Land and Nickelodeon for many years while pursuing her acting career. She has performed in summer stock theatre and was also a stage manager for live theatre and concert venues.

 

Ingrid spent many summers as an actor in residence at the Maine Media Workshops in Rockport, Maine. It is there that she discovered the approach to film making as a collaborative process, rather than just focusing on acting. She found that when all creative components come together, the efforts are reflected in the final product.  At "The Workshops," Ingrid has had the privilege of working with such accomplished directors as Michael Pressman, Jud Taylor, Daniel Pearl, Graeme Clifford, and Michael Schiffer.

Aside from acting, Ingrid is an advocate for the Arts and has worked with non-profit organizations that support keeping the Arts in education.  She's a music buff who loves jazz, folk, indie, Americana music and is an avid art collector.
